This is a really nice hotel.. - in a quiet street just down from Piaza di Populo - walking distance from most sightseeing spots - clean rooms ( a bit small) - friendly staff - great breakfast The website still claims however that they have a gym and wellness, but that is gone since their recent renovations.... This was actually a search criterium for us when we booked, and was simply not there. Still a very nice stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights 19th - 22nd March. Could not have asked for more. Lovely location very easy for sight seeing. Room had all that was needed. Good choice of food at breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Happy to book taxis and recommend restaurants. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Frequent stays in the hotel. Hotel was recently Renovated, and still needs some final tuning in cleaning and to add body mirrors that were supposed to be installed Great delicious breakfast Very warm and welcoming staff in front desk Bed very comfortable with clean sheets

We have just returned from a memorable fort trip to Rome and have no complaints about this hotel. The front desk staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Fredrico was so friendly and knowledgeable, always smiling. He spent time explaining how to walk everywhere and where to go for our tour pick up points, he recommended some lovey places to eat. The hotel is in beautiful picturesque street, beautiful setting and location right by the Spanish steps and lots of restaurants/bars. We walked everywhere and found some charming places to eat and drink close by, it felt very safe walking late at night. As like much of Rome the hotel buildings are old and full of history, this is the charm of Rome. If you want a modern, renovated and state of the art hotel you are not likely to find this in the city. The beds are super comfy and a welcome treat at the end of a day walking miles exploring this beautiful city. We would definitely stay again.

Terrible service at the front desk better to say no service at all!!! there’s only one person working at the front desk and the line of people waiting to ask questions. The woman was yelling, like a lunatic at me for asking why my room was not cleaned. She stuck her hand in my face like telling me to shut up. I later complained to the higher management, and they were all protecting her. I was standing with my older parents and other visitors of the hotel, and they all witnessed this nightmare. The breakfast room is nice though and I have to give a shout out to the waiters in the breakfast room. If it wouldn’t be for the front desk management and staff, I would come back to this hotel otherwise absolutely not.
